This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

To deliver and protect the website, technical information is processed, such as your IP address, the time of access, the requested page or file, browser information and, where transmitted, the referring page. This information supports reliable delivery, troubleshooting and security.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website. Technical records are retained only for the period needed for these purposes and the hosting configuration; records needed to investigate an incident may be retained until that investigation and related obligations are resolved.

When you get in touch

If you contact Domi by email or WhatsApp, Surfnmove uses the information you share to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare or fulfil a booking. This may include your name, contact details, message, preferred dates and the experience you are interested in.

For steps you request before a contract or the performance of a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in responding to people who contact Surfnmove.

Please provide only information needed for your enquiry. Without the details needed to respond or organise the requested service, Surfnmove may be unable to help with that request.

Enquiries sent directly to Surfnmove are received by Surfnmove and are not automatically forwarded to FreshSurf. FreshSurf is a commission-based tourism intermediary and cooperation partner. If you use a separate FreshSurf service, its own data protection information applies.

Families & sensitive information

Parents or legal guardians should handle enquiries about children’s participation. Information about children is used only as necessary to discuss or organise the requested family or mum-and-child experience.

Please avoid sending medical or other sensitive personal information in a general enquiry. If such information is needed for an activity, separate information about its purpose and legal basis will be provided before it is collected.

Providers & external services

Hosting and communication providers process data in connection with their services. The current contact channels include an email account at GMX and a WhatsApp link.

A WhatsApp or Instagram link takes you to a third-party service; it does not embed that service’s feed or messaging interface into this website. When you choose to open or use the service, its provider processes data under its own privacy information. Depending on the service, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the provider’s applicable transfer arrangements.

You can use email if you prefer not to contact Surfnmove through WhatsApp. Service providers, professional advisers or public authorities may receive data where necessary to provide a service or fulfil a legal obligation; enquiries are not automatically shared with the cooperation partner FreshSurf.

Cookies & planned features

The current website presents information and provides email, telephone, WhatsApp and Instagram links. Online booking tools, contact forms, newsletter subscriptions and visitor analytics are planned and are not yet part of the current enquiry process.

WordPress may use technical cookies for administrative access and site functionality. The website does not currently embed third-party analytics or marketing scripts in its public pages.

Before a planned feature is activated, this policy and any necessary cookie information will be updated to identify the provider, purposes, legal basis, retention and any international transfers. Where consent is required for optional cookies, analytics or marketing, it will be requested before the relevant processing begins.

You are not subscribed to a newsletter by sending an enquiry. Any future newsletter subscription will require a separate choice and provide a way to unsubscribe.

How long data is kept

Personal data is kept for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal obligations.

• General enquiries: until the enquiry and any necessary follow-up are completed, unless continued retention is required for a legal obligation or a valid legal claim.
• Booking and accounting records: for the relevant contractual, tax and statutory retention requirements.
• Technical records: for the period necessary for website delivery, troubleshooting and security, subject to the hosting configuration described above.

Where a legal obligation or a dispute prevents deletion, the affected information is retained for that purpose and access is restricted where appropriate.

Your rights

Under the applicable conditions, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To make a request, contact dominique.moeller@gmx.de. Surfnmove may ask for information proportionate to verifying your identity. Requests are handled under the GDPR, generally within one month, subject to its permitted extensions.

Surfnmove does not use your enquiries for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
